Pray for reliable sources of information that will lead to the rescue and protection of many children who have been exploited for labor on Lake Volta.
Latin America
Join the IJM El Salvador team in praising the Lord for justice becoming accessible thanks to IJM trained partners in communities where local police typically cannot work due to extreme levels of violence. A partner that IJM El Salvador has had since 2019 achieved its first conviction in March in a case that originated in one of these communities. IJM is so grateful for its partners and the risks they take in the pursuit of justice for people who are vulnerable.
South Asia
Pray for our teams as we distill and disseminate key information from our recent studies in South Asia. These studies have evaluated IJM’s impact over the last 20 years and help capture the current reality of human trafficking in the places where we work. Pray we can pull out the right details to share with our stakeholders to showcase the amazing progress that has been made and the areas of greatest need going forward. Pray these stakeholders receive the results well and partner with us to protect even more people from violence.
Southeast Asia
Pray for the approval of the Philippine National Police – Women and Children Protection Center to become a National Operating Support Unit! The approval, if granted by the National Police Commission, would allow the unit to be given a larger budget, enabling them to conduct rescue operations of online sexual exploitation of children.
