President Biden's administration has ignored the crisis at our southern border for far too long.
Montana is a northern border state with a southern border crisis, and the lack of care and inaction by President Biden’s administration is only hurting our communities more.
Our Montana communities have seen a flood of illegal drugs that have made their way directly from the southern border.
Enough is enough.
Instead of standing strong and securing our southern border, President Biden's administration chooses to weaken our border security by rescinding Title 42, a Trump era policy which allows for the swift removal of illegal immigrants.
Now, border patrol officers will see a drastic increase in the number of illegal immigrants crossing the border, and they're lacking the resources to handle it.
As your voice in the United States Senate, I will continue urging President Biden's administration to strengthen security at our southern border to keep Montana families and communities safe.
