Sarah directs a clean technology incubator, in her NY-22 district, in Central New York. She works (a real job) every day at the intersection of environmental policy, clean technology development, and job creation. All three are necessary to ensure we have realistic and attainable climate change action. The only way to meet those goals is by building a new technology infrastructure that will help to reduce emissions and ensure we have a skilled workforce to implement the new technology.
