In Congress, I’ve cosponsored bills like the Build Green Act and introduced America’s Clean Future Fund Act to invest in green infrastructure and create millions of good-paying, union jobs. I helped secure funding for more public transit in my district as part of the infrastructure bill and make all transit stations ADA-accessible.

I've continued to champion Build Back Better – which would be a generation-defining investment in clean and renewable energy sources – even as corporate special interests try to block it. And I've worked to stop dangerous chemicals from being released into our communities by polluters and prevent what happened with Sterigenics in Willowbrook from ever happening again.

My record speaks for itself, and it's no surprise that donors and PACs tied to Big Oil are trying to defeat me. If we're going to tackle climate change and build a stronger, more equitable economy that works for everyone, we have to stand by proven environmental champions.
