It’s not enough to wish people a Happy Earth Day, we must demand immediate action on climate now — we can not afford to accept anything less.
The climate crisis is not only one of the biggest threats our country faces, but it is an existential crisis for the global community. Yet for decades, corporations have profited from stalling climate action and fueling disinformation campaigns — all while collecting billions of dollars in annual taxpayer-funded subsidies.
Enough is enough. We need to end fossil fuel subsidies and deliver on a $500 billion investment in renewable energy. Climate has to be the highest priority.
