John – Earth Day isn’t just a day for raising awareness about our planet’s health, it’s also a call to action.
Climate change is one of the most pressing long-term threats facing our nation and the world. And at this pivotal moment, we can’t afford to be complacent.
Environmental action has been at the forefront of my work in public service, and I’ve brought that with me to Congress.
Let’s use this Earth Day to recommit to the fight against climate change – add your name to demand bold climate action from Congress → [[link removed]]

As Mayor of Tacoma, I instituted the Environmental Action Plan that reduced our city’s dependence on non-renewable energy, reduced water usage, and protected local salmon populations in the Green River.
Now, my Democratic colleagues and I are investing in renewable energy, protecting public lands, and reducing harmful emissions.
Our country – and world – can’t wait for these kinds of climate solutions.
