Today is Earth Day, John, and I wanted to take a minute today to recognize the reality that the climate crisis is here. From record-breaking heat and droughts to devastating storms to near constant wildfires, we’re feeling the effects of climate change, in California and across the country.

But there is still time to build out our climate resiliency and ensure our communities have the resources and support they need to meet this moment. By investing in clean technologies and supporting green jobs, we can work towards true environmental justice.

The investment in clean water and environmental restoration through the American Infrastructure and Jobs Act is a start, but we need to do a lot more if we’re going to prevent the worst of the crisis. And that means we need to hold control of Congress -- which takes resources. Can I count on you to chip in to support my reelection campaign?
This Earth Day and every day, I am committed to working towards real solutions to the climate crisis -- and to ensuring that we don’t leave anyone behind.

Thanks,
Judy
