Dear John,

While many mark today by celebrating Earth Day, we remember our ancestors -
the Black, Brown, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander and white communities
living on the frontlines of the climate crisis. These communities have been
creating solutions while pushing back against the root causes of climate
change for more than 500 years.

Today, we invite you to learn more about their innovative solutions - what
they are and what they are not - in their own words. LISTEN TO OUR NEWEST
PODCAST EPISODE: “REAL CLIMATE SOLUTION OR FALSE PROMISE? HERE’S HOW TO
TELL [3],” featuring climate and environmental justice organizers on the
ground from Newark, New Jersey to Richmond, California and many
neighborhoods in between. Here’s a quick guide [4] to help you decipher
real solutions from false promises.
