Friend,

The mountains, creeks, forests, and plains make Colorado the most beautiful place to live. On Earth Day, we take stock of how we rely on our environment and the health of our planet. The truth is, each year, the impact of climate change becomes more severe.

This Earth Day, can you sign our petition supporting climate action?

Climate change affects so many aspects of our society and our lives. It is an urgent issue we must address. One of the impacts Coloradans are all too familiar with is wildfires. As temperatures rise and droughts worsen, the fire risk becomes more prominent and the length of what we call “fire season” lengthens. This past winter, we experienced an unprecedented fire that burned down hundreds of homes in the front range in the middle of winter.

Fires endanger the people of Colorado, displace working families, and threaten the ecosystem of our wonderful state. We have to take action NOW to mitigate the impacts of climate change!

Sign on today if you agree that we need to take action on the climate crisis!

Thanks so much for taking the time,

Jena Griswold
