Old Market Square
The annual St George’s Day parade is one of the most colourful and vibrant parades in the city, making a return this year after two years of cancellations.
The Radford branch of the Royal Society of St. George will parade from 12noon from Thurland Street to Old Market Square
Grab a picture of the parade under the giant flag of St George which is once again displayed on the Council House.

When lively lounge singer Deloris Van Cartier (Whoopi Goldberg) sees her mobster boyfriend, Vince (Harvey Keitel), commit a crime, she is relocated for her protection.
Set up in the guise of a nun in a California convent, they assign Deloris to the convent's choir, an ensemble that she soon turns into a vibrant and soulful act that gains widespread attention.
