Happy Earth Day, team!

For fifty-two years, Earth Day has been a day to celebrate the environmental protection movement and recommit to the fight against the climate crisis.

Here in the Ocean State, the natural environment is central to our way of life and our economy. But from rising sea levels to increased temperatures, the devastating effects of climate change are here and are an immediate threat to thousands of Rhode Islanders.

Seth knows the climate crisis must be addressed with urgency. That's why as Treasurer, he's called for making energy efficiency more affordable and accessible. Seth created clean energy programs at the state Infrastructure Bank that have put thousands of Rhode Islanders to work on emissions-free alternative energy projects across the state and dramatically reduced our state's investment exposure to fossil fuels.

In Congress, Seth will continue his work to bring clean energy jobs to Rhode Island, invest in climate resilience, and support measures to protect the quality of our environment. But now, he wants to know if you're with him in the fight to protect our planet for generations to come.
