Hi John,

Minimum wage should not be $15. That’s an antiquated demand from a time when $15 might have been enough. No. It should be $30.

I am the only candidate in this race calling for a $30 minimum wage, and that’s what I’ll fight for in Congress. Can you chip in now to help me win so I can do that? Thank you! [[link removed]]

Workers make less than they did a year ago adjusted for inflation. In fact, the median annual pay during the Great Depression was 22% of the cost of an average home. Today’s it’s 14%. That means that pay relative to home cost made it easier to buy a home during the Great Depression than right now. This is absurd.

Gen Z and many millennials have given up hope on ever owning a home. They pay monthly rents so high that they would never be approved for a mortgage of the same amount.

Homelessness is skyrocketing.

Young parents are doubling up with family or roommates instead of starting their lives in a starter home.

What’s the American Dream when the only hope of owning your own home is living in an RV?

There are many causes of this problem, but one of the solutions is certainly paying people more. $30 per hour is the minimum needed across the country — just look at the MIT Living Wage Calculator.

I am the ONLY candidate in this race who supports a $30 minimum wage, so please chip in now to help me win so I can fight for that in Congress:
