John,
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) just released a new report, and the findings are troubling.
Here’s the truth: if we don’t significantly accelerate our efforts to cut carbon emissions over the next few years, our goal of limiting climate change will be completely out of reach by the end of the decade.
The United States, despite being one of the wealthiest and most powerful countries in history, is falling behind on global climate action.
The truth is, our leaders are divided. Many of my Republican colleagues still refuse to admit climate change is a problem, preventing stronger climate action from being passed.
We need to prove that our supporters are ready to take a firm stance on climate action. Will you sign on in the next 48 hours?

As a doctor, I understand that the effects of climate change are not only a threat to our nation’s infrastructure, but also the health of all Americans.
Investing in green jobs, air quality, electric vehicles, and modernizing electricity to become 100% carbon-free are all ways we can be put on the right track to meet the global target of limited global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius by the end of this decade.
But we MUST act now before it’s too late.
Join me in supporting climate action while we still have time→
Thank you for your support and understanding the importance of this issue.
