Hello – This is the last day of the quarter before we have to file our fundraising report with the FEC, and I need to ask you to donate to my campaign to reach our $25,000 goal. But here’s why this is so important.

Our fundraising numbers will be public on the FEC’s website after tonight’s deadline. National Republicans will be looking at it for any vulnerabilities in my campaign that they can exploit to defeat me.

We can’t get them any signs.

Raising money through emails like this means we can show a massive team of grassroots supporters and make the GOP think twice about targeting me.
