Friend,

I have it on good authority that those attending the Massachusetts Democratic Party's 2022 convention will be forced to wear a mask and provide proof of vaccination.

You know how I know?

Because one of their members decided to boast about it by tagging us on social media in a blatant effort to claim some sort of moral high ground and make Republicans look bad.

This is one of many reasons why we settled on preserving freedom as the theme of our own convention, scheduled for next month in Springfield. If the Democrats want to play authoritarian with their own members, so be it.

But we Republicans will not stand for it, and I doubt that voters will be standing for it either in November.
This is an opportunity for us to fundamentally change this state. The Democrats are doubling down on their own theme of absolute control.
