Jennifer Pingley is a Cecil County nurse who has worked tirelessly as a political advocate for our rural communities. In 2020, she ran in the Democratic Congressional primary to unseat Andy Harris, earning 20% of the vote. She knows that Andy Harris is uniquely vulnerable this November.
Jennifer’s campaign has always been about people rather than money. In 2020, Jennifer earned over 12,000 votes while raising roughly $2,500. Folks in this District simply aren’t impressed by out-of-district money. In our District, voters value common sense, integrity, and an authentic connection to the community.
In 2021, Jennifer declared for the seat once again. She has run a spirited campaign and is a well-connected influencer in the upper shore and Harford County.
Leading up to the April 15, 2022, filing deadline, Jennifer Pingley decided to suspend her campaign and endorse Dave. All of us in this district know that Jennifer is an inspirational leader. On her endorsement, Pingley said, “I am endorsing a candidate who understands both hard work and heritage. A candidate who understands personal freedoms as well as family and community responsibilities. A good citizen who has lived a life of public service.”
