Spring Gala 2022

MCDC will be holding its Spring Gala May 25th from 7:00pm-10:00pm at Barka Mediterranean Cuisine in Mountain Lakes! We'll be joined by Representatives Tom Malinowski and Mikie Sherrill as well as our three county commissioner candidates; T.C. McCourt, Judy Hernandez, and Alicia Sharma. All proceeds will go to helping us enroll more Democrats in Vote by Mail, build up our caucuses, and expand our voter outreach.

Caucus Update!

The roll out of our new MCDC Caucuses continues! We recently held the first meeting of our new Black Caucus, and we'll be able to announce the first executive board very soon.

Tomorrow, Friday, April 22nd, we'll also be holding the first meeting of a new Progressive Caucus within MCDC.

MCDC's Vote By Mail Campaign!

What are those people on the left doing? Their mailing out information and applications for Vote by Mail! We're trying to enroll as many 2020 Democrat voters in Vote by Mail as possible this year, and you can help us out from the comfort of your own home!

We've mailed out info flyers and VBM Applications to voters all around the county.  Now join us Thursday, April 28th from 5:00pm-7:00p for a virtual phonebank with MCDC to make sure those folks know what to do with that application after it arrives! Let's leave nothing to chance!

Meet Malinowski in Mount Olive!

If that alliteration doesn't satisfy you I genuinely do not know what will. Join the Mount Olive Democrats and the Morris County Young Dems on April 23rd at 2:00pm at Jersey Girl Brewery in Mount Olive. You'll get the chance to meet Congressman Tom Malinowski as well as your Morris County Commissioner Candidates.

Campaign Support Team

Running for Office can be hard, so it's always better to have someone in your corner.  Who better than people who did it before? Our Elected Officials Caucus Chair Amalia Duarte will be kicking off the first call of our new Candidate Support Team May 4th at 7:00pm on Zoom. This call is open to all candidates and municipal chairs with local elections.

 Meetings will take place throughout the election cycle to provide guidance and support and to share ideas! Committeewoman Duarte sent an invitation email to candidates and municipal chairs earlier this week. Did I Mention There's Canvassing This Weekend?

This weekend will be a Weekend of Action for both Team Tom and Team Mikie, so pick your team and get on out there. I hear they've even got T-Shirts!
