political ads rarely change elections – but this does.

John, in a recent opinion piece in The Hill, a leading Democratic campaign strategist admitted something shocking, but completely true: “Traditional political advertising is barely working at all.”

That's why we're breaking the traditional mold by going all-in on Latinx voter registration and mobilization. Every $18 we raise helps us get one more Latinx young person registered and turned out to vote for Democrats. Will you pitch in now to support our efforts?

Don't get us wrong – political ads serve an important purpose. But since most people already know which candidate they're going to vote for based on party affiliation, the number of persuadable voters is shrinking, and reaching them can be extremely expensive.

Take Arizona for example, where Mark Kelly's highly-contested reelection campaign could determine which party wins control of the Senate. It's estimated that about $200 million will be spent on political ads in Arizona to reach just 3% of the state's voters!

At Voto Latino, we have a different strategy. Instead of spending millions to reach a tiny sliver of the electorate, we're investing in changing the electorate by registering and mobilizing young, Latinx voters.

Our strategy works – back in 2020, the number of new voters we registered in Arizona exceeded the Democratic margin of victory. With your help, we can make it happen again in 2022 so we can elect Democrats like Mark Kelly and keep the Senate blue.

Just $18 helps us register and mobilize one more Latinx young person to vote for Democrats in a swing state like Arizona. How many new voters can you help us reach?
