Women Winning is in its 40th year. And over the last 40 years, this coalition has worked together to increase pro-choice women’s representation in office across Minnesota.

But we still have work to do. As we continue building on the last 40 years, we are looking for our next Executive Director to lead this team and would love for you to share this opportunity with your networks.

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative leader with a deep understanding of community building and the political process. This leader will guide all aspects of the organization supported by our talented staff and committed Board of Directors. We are excited and focused about the work ahead and know this leader will be too.
