Hey there, John — it’s Josh Shapiro here. I was in Washington D.C. recently – right next to the U.S. Supreme Court — and I was reminded yet again why the stakes in this race are so high.

But before I get into what that means, can you quickly chip in $5 to my campaign for Governor?

Abortion rights and reproductive freedom are at stake in this race.

This summer, the Supreme Court will hand down an opinion expected to overturn Roe v. Wade. The fate of abortion rights will then be up to the states, and Governors will be the ones to defend the right to choose.

Here’s where I stand: I’ll veto any bill that reaches my desk that restricts the right to choose — and any bill that undermines reproductive rights.

But each and every one of my Republican opponents will sign those bills into law if they win this election.
