john,

With a Supreme Court decision that could overturn Roe v. Wade on the way, we are already seeing what a post- Roe world will look like.

It’s no mystery how we got here — it’s the result of a 40-year effort by conservatives in the Republican Party to radically remake the courts, and Senate Republicans are more than happy to sit idly by as state legislators pass unconstitutional laws that gut women’s health care and limit their freedoms.

I’m here to tell you today that I’m not just going to stand back and let it all happen.

We must double down on our efforts to expand our Senate majority so we can abolish the filibuster, pass the Women’s Health Protection Act , and expand the Supreme Court. And with election day right around the corner, now is the time to build our movement.

Can you pitch in $5 — or whatever you can spare to protect our Senate majority — to fund the movement to protect our freedoms and save our democracy? [[link removed]]

Let’s be clear: this patchwork of restricted freedom will make access to necessary reproductive health care and freedom subject to who we are and where we live. And while this harms all of us, low-income women and women of color will be hardest hit.

I will not rest until we protect everyone’s right to reproductive care, and I’m grateful that you’ll be right there with me.

— Tina
