In 2020, voters turned out at historic levels — and with this team in the fight leading a massive mobilization effort, voters in Georgia elected the final two Senate seats during the 2021 runoffs.
But those record turnout numbers scared people who don’t want us to change a system that already worked for them. So they’ve strengthened their efforts to make voting more difficult — especially for Black, brown, and younger voters — in order to take back their power.
The midterm elections this year are already huge targets for anti-voting efforts. That’s why Fair Fight Action is working to ensure every eligible voter is ready to turn out and has their vote counted fairly.
Your grassroots support makes this critical work possible. Before the primary elections next month, can you please chip in $25 or anything you can today to boost our efforts to educate voters, fight disinformation, and protect access to the ballot box?
With your support, we can fight voter restriction efforts at the legislative level (you know, the ones that create those long lines and prevent volunteers from handing out water bottles to those waiting in line).
We can counter online disillusionment and disinformation campaigns with proactive, targeted, and educational resources that empower voters.
And we can continue to raise our voices and advocate for strong voter protection laws on the national level.
The upcoming primaries are our next big test. If you’re able to, please chip in $25 or anything you can today to ensure our voter education and protection programs are as strong as possible heading into the primary elections in May — in Georgia and across the country.
Thank you for making this critical work possible,
The Fair Fight Action team
