Friend, I was hoping not to reach out again, but this is too important: We thought, as we approached Earth Day, that grassroots donations would pick up and help us reach our $5,000 goal. But instead, donations have slowed to a crawl. And as things stand, we might not hit tomorrow’s goal. The truth is, we have so much lined up for this year, from educating lawmakers about climate solutions to holding them accountable in the upcoming election for delaying action. But without sufficient funds to power our work, we’ll be forced to scale back – just as our climate work becomes more critical than ever. Earth Day is TOMORROW and so I have to ask once more: Will you chip in a few dollars in honor of Earth Day to help us fight for a greener California? |

There’s a lot on the line this year when it comes to conservation efforts and climate policy in California. Many of our environmental champions in the State Assembly and Senate are facing tough primary elections in June. And with ballots dropping in just over two weeks, we need to get to work NOW. After three consecutive years of climate inaction here in California, we now have a huge opportunity to finally elect a majority of climate leaders with the political will to implement the bold changes we desperately need. This moment is too important for us to waste. Please make a gift in honor of Earth Day and power our fight against climate change >> Thank you for everything you do, |
