Friends,
I thought I’d update you on some of the progress we’ve made here in the Fourth District. Just last month I secured over $12.4 million for 10 critical community projects across the district.

We’re making progress from infrastructure improvements and academic enhancement to community resilience, revitalization, and innovation.

Westport: $2.8 million to dredge Saugatuck River
Bridgeport: $2.1 million to rehabilitate Sikorsky Airport, $1 million to expand the Advanced Manufacturing Program at HCC, $865,000 to renovate the Center for Family Justice, $1 million to construct a Hydroponic Farm and Wellness campus at East End NRZ
Wilton: $475,000 to remove Strong Pond Dam, improve water quality, public safety & community resilience
Stamford: $2 million to improve sidewalk infrastructure around schools & bus stops
$450,000 to revitalize Lawn Hill Terrace
Norwalk: $1.4 million to revitalize crumbling sidewalks
Monroe: $190,000 for STEM laptops

These aren’t results you see in headlines then forget – these results have an impact on daily life and our future.

I’m going to keep working, like I always have, to deliver for every corner of our community, and I hope I can count on you to be right there with me. [[link removed]]
