We’re excited to re-endorse our closest allies in Congress who have put it all on the line for our generation: Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Cori Bush, Ilhan Omar, Jamaal Bowman, and Rashida Tlaib!

While we build a movement of young people for the Green New Deal, Medicare for All, and justice for communities everywhere — the Squad is carrying this movement with them in Congress and shifting politics in the process.

Major 2022 primary elections are just months away and all members of the Squad are up for re-election. Each member of the Squad has been a consistent champion of bold climate policy in Congress, introducing new legislation to meet the scale of the crises we face and fighting for climate justice at every opportunity.

And through it all, they stood firm that the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill (BIF AKA the Exxon Plan) and the jobs & climate bill AKA Build Back Better must pass TOGETHER — no compromises, no excuses. And while that didn’t happen, the Squad made very clear with their votes that no one benefits from us giving in except for the moderates and their billionaire donors.

We’re planning a distributed organizing effort for the Squad and we expect to mobilize our volunteer army to contact voters and make thousands of dials like we were able to do — and continue to ahead of the runoff — for Jessica Cisneros in TX-28.

But all of that work takes resources, which is why we’re asking one more time: Can you chip in $10 or any amount to help Sunrise defend the Squad in 2022?
