We’re working around the clock, but with just over a week to go before our April fundraising deadline comes to a close, we’re short of where we need to be. Too short for comfort.

That’s bad news.

Because these goals are not arbitrary. And if we fall short, we’re at risk of losing. And if Mark loses, that means Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Sorry to put that thought in your head, and please forgive us, but it’s true. Those are the stakes.

And to make things worse, news broke this week that a super PAC backed by Mitch McConnell is putting down $14 million to beat Mark.

So, we’re asking people to give what they can in these closing days of April. It isn’t even about the size of the donation, but the number of people who chip in. Because when everyone comes together it all adds up.
