One week from today, we will close the books on our fundraising for November. But before I ask you to consider contributing to our campaign for Senate before the deadline, let me tell you why this request is so important.

If we reach our goal for the month, we will be in a position to build a winning campaign that can overcome the likes of Mitch McConnell, my opponent, Jason Lewis, and their special-interest allies next year. We will keep Minnesota blue. And we will bring Democrats one step closer to the majority.

But if we fall short, we risk falling behind in our re-election race and wiping away virtually any chance Democrats have at taking back the Senate. This is the worst-case scenario, but it's a very real possibility.

The bad news is we are not where we need to be to hit our target for the month. But the good news is we have a few days left to get back on track. So, here's the part where I ask for your help:
