Here are just a few reasons why RIGHT NOW is the best time to act on climate change:

The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) recently called this our "now or never" moment to reduce global warming before it's too late. The global target set by the Paris Climate Agreement was to limit global warming to 2.7 degrees Fahrenheit. Greenhouse gas emissions must decline by 2025. Big Oil is taking advantage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine to increase their profits instead of helping the American public during this crisis. At the same time, the oil and gas industry is trying to block legislation to take action on the climate crisis and instead pushing Congress to double down on more fossil fuel development. To lower energy prices and break Big Oil's stranglehold on the economy, we must win this campaign for climate action.
