Earlier this month, my car broke down on the way back from a weekend full of canvassing across AZ-01.

The repairs cost $7,000. After all the momentum we’d been building, this felt like a huge bump in the road. After all, Arizona’s First District is the 10th largest in the nation. A car is a must.

To keep our ground game going at the same rigorous pace, we asked for your help to raise $700 for a rental car for two weeks while ours was in the shop.


In less than 24 hours, we raised enough to get us through that rough patch and keep us on the road. That’s true people power right there!

Because of you, we can continue to travel across AZ-01 and meet voters face to face. Because of you, we can continue to build our progressive movement to put PEOPLE FIRST.
