We are less than two months out from our June 14th primary, and we are behind our fundraising goal. For a grassroots campaign like ours, contributions from everyday people are a crucial part of how we plan to win. If I’m being really honest, I’m frustrated. When I got into this race, I knew it would be an incredibly difficult campaign, but I also knew how important it was.

McMaster and the GOP have irresponsibly and carelessly deprived our state of the resources needed to thrive: they’ve run our schools into the ground, stripped away healthcare access, and turned their back on struggling South Carolinians during a global pandemic. Defeating their agenda starts with taking the Governor’s Office.
