FYD Passover Seder

Looking for a place to observe Passover? Have no idea what Passover is and want to learn? Just craving good Jewish food? Join your Fairfax Young Democrats on the last day of Passover to learn about the holiday and tradition and to indulge in some great food!
This potluck-style event is being hosted at a member's home. The address will be shared when folks RSVP to this event (on Facebook ([link removed]) or via email (mailto:[email protected]?subject=FYD%20Passover%20Seder) ) AND fill out the form below!

FYD Reorganization

Become the Next Leader of the Fairfax Young Democrats!

The Fairfax Young Democrats are reorganizing at its next meeting, on April 28th from 7:30 - 9 PM. During this meeting, we will be electing our next set of leaders! Leadership roles include Co-President, Vice President, Political Director, Treasurer, and Secretary. You can learn more about these positions by reading our constitution. ([link removed])

BCG Volunteers Needed!

Hello, I am excited to say that after a pandemic induced hiatus, the Blue Commonwealth Gala is returning this year, and is approaching quickly!

We are seeking volunteers to help us with the event, and would love your help if you are able. As a thank you for helping us put on a successful event, all volunteers will receive a meal and will have the opportunity to watch the main speakers.

The event is on Friday, May 13th at Main Street Station in Richmond. The timing of your shift is dependent on which volunteer job you are assigned to.

Please let us know if you’re interested by emailing Caroline at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) . Additionally, please disseminate this email to your networks. We need as many volunteers as possible. This event would not be successful year after year without the dedication of volunteers like you.
