Effort to Remove Marjorie Taylor Greene From Ballot Can Proceed, Judge Says

A federal judge has cleared the way for a lawsuit seeking to disqualify Marjorie Taylor Greene from running for re-election to Congress, citing her role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
