As a fourth-generation Coloradan, there are few things that I love more than Colorado’s majestic landscapes and the beauty of our state's wilderness. But these resources are continuously being threatened by the dangers of climate change, waste, and pollution.

I believe that the ongoing climate crisis is the single greatest threat facing our planet – this is a fight that we can't afford to lose. That's why, since President Biden took office last year, I've been focused on fixing the mistakes of the previous administration and championing innovative legislation that will keep our planet safe for years to come.

We've made great progress in this past year John, from demanding answers from the country's top oil companies, to investing key funds into protecting our Denver waterways. I am proud of the work we've done and I'm glad to have your support.

It’s up to us, like those before us, to protect these precious lands for future generations to enjoy just as we’ve been able to do. There's still a lot to be done if we want to guarantee that our environment outlives us, and now is the time for strong legislation to do just that.
