Yesterday, Politico released their 2022 elections forecast. Their analysis
shows it will be an uphill battle for Democrats to keep our House
majority:

According to their reporting, Democratic control of the House is "highly
endangered." This means that if Democrats are going to hold power in
Congress we cannot lose a single seat — including Cori's.

John, we're
counting on this grassroots team to help lead Cori to re-election and
protect our majority in Congress. We already have seven opponents and GOP
super PACs are sure to flood the airwaves with lies and misinformation
about Cori.

Our race was decided by just three points in 2020, so we have to be
prepared for every possible scenario this cycle.

Here's what we're up against: Establishment Democrats spending millions to
defeat our progressive movement, constant attacks from far-right media
groups and Fox News, and a national environment that favors Republicans.
We have to overcome it all.

Democrats can't just use the same old playbook if we're going to keep
control of Congress. Voters gave us a mandate for real, transformative
change in 2020. In fact, our movement for racial justice is the very
reason why we were able to deliver election victories.

That's why Cori's been leading the movement to defund the police, pass
needed climate legislation like the Green New Deal for Cities, and finally
deliver Medicare for All. Our opponents will have corporate PACs and dark
money — but we have *this* people-powered movement.
