We wanted to send you an update today on our favorite topic: potholes!

It is officially pothole-filling season, and this year, our goal is to double the progress we made last summer.

During last year’s Summer of Street Resurfacing, we:

• Resurfaced 137 lane miles (an 80 percent increase over previous years)
• Milled and overlaid 272 streets
• Used more than 120,000 tons of asphalt

In 2019, Mayor Q’s campaign slogan was “public safety, potholes and progress,” and we’re proud to report that the mayor has worked consistently to keep his promises to Kansas Citians.

And with just under a year to go until the primary election, we need all hands on deck in order to re-elect Mayor Q so he can keep up the good work. Will you chip in now to keep Mayor Q fighting for us?
