First, the good news: We hit our October goal thanks to help from folks like you! I’ve gotta say, it felt pretty good to color in the thermometer on the wall we’ve been using to measure our progress. It’s a huge deal for this team every time we hit a goal, because it’s a tangible way to tell we are building the resources we need to beat Sen. Cornyn.

But here’s the bad news: Our November goal is even more ambitious -- it has to be if we’re going to win this race. And look, we’ve set big goals in the past and reached them. But Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and folks will be tuning out this race in favor of family time, so we need to get a head start. That’s why we’re setting a Pre-Thanksgiving Goal of raising an additional $20,000 before the holiday.
