Hi team, we have exciting news!

Congresswoman Sewell was recently featured in Essence Magazine, highlighting her lifelong fight for voting rights.

As a native of Selma, Alabama – Terri knows firsthand how aggressively some leaders will stand against equality. And even though the 1960s are long gone, many of the battles for our rights fought then are re-appearing today.

Before we go any further - As Alabama’s only Black Congressperson, Terri has bravely stood for voting rights her entire career. Will you chip in $5 to ensure Congresswoman Sewell, Alabama’s only Democratic Congressperson, can continue to advocate for strong voting rights legislation in Washington?

In Terri’s feature, we really loved this line:

“As long as I have breath in my body, I will continue to fight for voting rights.”

Unfortunately, the GOP has fought hard against equality by making it harder for Black Americans to exercise their Constitutional right to vote. That’s why it’s more important than ever to support Terri and make sure one of the leading voices for voting rights in Congress is reelected in red Alabama.

So, team, can we count on you to chip in to Terri’s campaign to defeat the GOP’s anti-equality agenda and ensure Alabamians have an advocate for strong voting rights in Congress?

Let’s win this for Alabama.
