Our military spent $13 BILLION of taxpayer funds on a ship that cannot be deployed -- and Elaine isn’t having it:
As a 20-year Navy veteran and former Navy Commander, Elaine is using her expertise and position in Congress to hold top Navy officials accountable for their failure to deliver to the American people.
We need 1,000 signers to stand with Elaine: Add your name if you agree we cannot tolerate inefficiencies that put our military readiness at risk >>
After years of delays and increasing costs, the U.S.S. Ford was set to deploy last year -- but it’s still not ready.
And it’s not the only ship that has encountered problems. There are currently multiple carriers sitting in Virginia that cannot be deployed. Now there are sailors who can’t come home for the holidays because of these continued maintenance delays.
Elaine is demanding answers, but Navy Secretary Richard Spencer called her tough line of questioning “disparaging”. She wasn’t afraid to tell him directly that she’s not backing down:
If you’re with Elaine, add your name: Demand that our leaders use our tax dollars effectively and put our national security first >>
Thanks for standing with us,
Team Elaine
