Friend,

Illinoisans have the highest tax burden of any state in the union. Now, instead of giving much-needed relief to Illinois citizens, our state government will pay the medical bills of undocumented migrants.

As Illinoisans fail to pay their bills because of their tax burden, the government is more concerned with bailing out individuals here illegally than helping hard-working Illinoisans. This is just the latest example of our state government encouraging wasteful spending of our taxpayer dollars instead of helping Illinoisans.

With such a high tax burden and a budget (recently signed by Pritzker) filled with pet projects, it’s no wonder Illinoisans are packing up and moving to lower-tax states like Indiana, Wisconsin, and Missouri.

Friend, will you sign our petition and tell the Illinois state government to put Illinoisans before illegal immigrants?

Illinoisans deserve to know their taxpayer dollars are helping them, not the opposite as seen by the recently passed state budget or this latest example.
