In just a few short weeks, 33 state legislatures will gavel in their 2020 sessions, and we are making great strides as we lean into the new year.
The Convention of States resolution has just been introduced to the Michigan State Senate -- hopefully paving the way toward passage in our SIXTEENTH state!
Not only have we made great progress in Michigan, where our resolution was just assigned to a Senate Committee, in Pennsylvania, our resolution has an impressive 30 co-sponsors, including two Democrats, making it truly bipartisan. In Wisconsin, the COS resolution is pending in both House and Senate committees, and in Ohio, our grassroots team recently hosted a Capitol Day for face-to-face meetings with legislators!
