States all across the country have legalized marijuana for medicinal and even recreational use.
But here in Texas, people are still getting locked up for this substance which is legal for millions of Americans.

Criminalization of marijuana is costing Texans their livelihoods and their money.
It perpetuates and promotes racial disparities in the criminal justice system. It wastes taxpayers’ money. And it’s a completely ineffective use of law enforcement resources.
By legalizing marijuana, we could generate nearly $1 billion in new state revenue and reduced criminal justice costs.
