Hey John,
On Monday our new organizing director Marcelo sent around a quick strategy survey to help him get settled into his new role.
But checking the responses, it looks like we’re still missing yours! [[link removed]]
This is going to be a big election, John, and Marcelo needs input from top Democratic activists like you.
Give his note a read, and fill out his strategy survey. It’ll only take a few minutes (we promise!) >> [[link removed]]

Hey John!
My name is Marcelo Ramierez, and I’m the new organizing director here at CADEM.
I’m excited to lead this amazing team through the upcoming midterms and beyond. I know it’ll be an uphill battle, but when we work together, I know we will win.
That’s why I’m reaching out to you today. As I start my new position, I’d love to hear your priorities heading into election season. Will you take our brief 2022 Strategy Survey and share your thoughts? [[link removed]]

Here’s a bit more about me: I first cut my teeth in electoral political organizing back in 2008 as a Deputy Field Organizer in central Florida for the Obama for America campaign.
Throughout the campaign, I had the opportunity to learn, grow and connect with voters in our most underserved communities. This experience added to my drive to continue engaging with hard-to-reach and first-time voters.
As a result, I spent the last few years organizing in Florida, Seattle, Washington D.C., and San Diego for worker’s rights while helping to secure a first-ever collective bargaining agreement for legal cannabis growers.
I’m proud of the work that I’ve been able to accomplish with my progressive brothers, sisters, and siblings. However, Democrats, there’s so much more that needs to be done.
With your help, I look forward to shaking things up and rewriting the narrative of what the “doom ‘n gloom” pundits say will happen in November before November even gets here.
I know the path to keeping the House of Representatives, preserving the democratic mandate in the White House, and harboring the country out of the pandemic and back into reopening runs through the Golden State, and I need your help to beat the odds and win big in November. [[link removed]]
So now that you know a little bit about me, and the task ahead of us this year, can I count on you to fill our brief 2022 Strategy Survey? It only takes a few minutes, and it’ll help us craft an air-tight campaign plan in this critical year >> [[link removed]]
