Two years ago today, I held
one of the most important press conferences of my first term as
Governor.
I announced that Georgia was going to follow the data to
protect both lives AND livelihoods. We became the first state in the
nation to reopen our economy.
We chose freedom over government
lockdowns, to save countless jobs.
It’s a big reason why Georgia
remains the #1 state for business!

came after me for this decision, from Dr. Fauci to Stacey Abrams to
other Democrat politicians desperate to score political points.

time has proven us RIGHT.

unscientific declarations over the last two years have been proven
