Earlier this month the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released its latest report on the climate crisis and what we must do to avoid the worst ravages of future climate breakdown. The report was sobering, to say the least.
It’s easy to feel hopeless when reading climate crisis news — how can we take on a global crisis in our daily lives in PA?
Well, 71% of greenhouse gas emissions come from only 100 companies and Congress can hold those companies accountable by pushing for bold climate action. And you can help by supporting the congresspeople who will do that work.
My team and I are committed to pushing harder for climate crisis mitigation and solutions, especially after the release of this startling IPCC report. That’s why our campaign has been endorsed by The Sierra Club, League of Conservation Voters, and the Progressive Caucus.
Throughout this week, we will be sharing ways you can get involved and help push for climate action. Instantly add your name if you are ready to do your part to mitigate the climate crisis. [[link removed]]
