Hi, friend, it’s John King. It’s been one year since we formally launched our campaign, and I wanted to extend a huge thank you.

It’s been an incredible year meeting Marylanders, finding new favorite spots up and down and across the state, and building a history-making coalition for progressive change. And we couldn’t have done it without your support.

This past year has been one of the greatest in my life, and I have been so humbled by all of the support that we have received. From the day we launched a year ago to officially filing our candidacy a few months ago in Annapolis, it’s been an honor and a privilege to hear your stories, partner in your advocacy, and share our vision for a more just and prosperous Maryland. I want to share with you some of the milestones our team has been able to reach over the past year: Over 5,100 individual donors powering this movement and dozens of community events and town halls attended.

We’ve accomplished a lot in a year, but we’re nowhere near done yet. 

Our team is pushing full-speed ahead to our primary in July – we have more community events planned, our fundraising effort is continuing to ramp up, and we just launched our first statewide TV ads.
