This is disturbing to the core – absolute evil.

State legislatures are about to vote on sadistic bills (sponsored by Planned Parenthood) that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER birth.

The abortion industry worships at the altar of abortion, but we've NEVER seen anything this depraved. We're taking immediate action, and we face an urgent court deadline TOMORROW.

The legal analysis of California's pro-abortion-majority committee has confirmed what we warned about: The bill's language could lead to an "undesirable conclusion . . . including the death of a newborn for any reason during the 'perinatal' period after birth." That's infanticide.

We saw New York enact its live-birth abortion law and the former governor of Virginia discuss how in a live-birth abortion the "infant would be kept comfortable" on a table while the decision is made whether the child lives or dies. This new bill is even worse.

Unsurprisingly, it's in some of the same states where we just testified against a bill that would make Roe v. Wade PERMANENT, even if the Supreme Court overturns Roe.

But that doesn't go far enough for Planned Parenthood, which we know wants to be able to profit from the sale of aborted babies' body parts – and these live-birth abortions make that possible. We're directly engaged in 12 cases nationwide to defend life and defeat Planned Parenthood. IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, we're presenting oral argument before a federal appeals court directly against Planned Parenthood in one of these cases. As we go to court, take urgent action with us.
