I’m Marv McMoore, Pete for America’s National Youth Engagement Director and former National President of the College Democrats of America.

Every day working on the campaign, I see young people excited about politics, which is why I am so excited to let you know that we’re officially launching Students for Pete!

America is experiencing a crisis of belonging. Every day young people are bombarded with headlines that attack their identities. But as I travel the country, I'm reminded of and inspired by their resilience and sense of unity. At Pete for America, we're building a campaign and fighting for a country that embraces individuals from all walks of life. We know that preparing for a brighter tomorrow means investing in our students, and look, Pete is doing just that. He’s covering tuition for 80% of American families, adding $120 billion to Pell Grants so students can afford to stay in school, and investing $50 billion dollars in Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other minority-serving institutions over the next decade. Pete knows that climate change and gun control are life-and-death issues for our generation, which is why he will build a 100% clean energy society, ban assault weapons, and fight for universal background checks.
