During the interview, she made the case for why she would be an incredible Attorney General and fighter for the people of our Commonwealth.
She highlighted her long career of standing up for working people in the faces of giant corporations like Uber, Starbucks, and Lyft.
She showcased that as the only practicing lawyer in this race, she has been akin to a private attorney general — not just a politician. She has led teams of lawyers and won cases against enormous odds and has always come down on the side of the people.
She discussed important issues, like the Weymouth Compressor Station, and talked about how she would do everything in her power as our next Attorney General to shut it down — because Weymouth residents and the surrounding areas should not be poisoned due to lack of government action.
She explained exactly what the office of the Attorney General can be: a bully pulpit on behalf of working people and our communities all across the state.
She knows what it’s like to take on these tough battles. We couldn’t be more excited to see all the momentum that has been building thanks to folks like you who have powered this campaign forward.
