One of the hallmarks of Anna’s representation of her constituents is staying close to them. She commutes across the country weekly to do her legislative work in Washington, and comes home to be in the community with those she represents, hearing firsthand their concerns.

She holds weekly Telephone Town Hall meetings in every community in her Congressional District, and has brought key national leaders to her constituents such as Dr. Anthony Fauci, our nation’s top infectious disease expert, and Michael McFaul, former U.S. Ambassador to Russia.

This closeness - despite the pandemic - enables Anna to represent her constituents with authenticity and relevance, and champion the issues her constituents care deeply about.
