Friend, remember John Eastman? The legal mastermind behind the January 6th Insurrection?
It’s no surprise that Eastman is a top target for the January 6th Committee. Some of the most shocking revelations of the Committee, especially those pertaining to whether Trump knew he was acting illegally, have only come to light after Eastman was forced to hand over emails and other records.
The January 6th Committee is now working to obtain 3,200 additional documents from Eastman that they believe are highly pertinent to their investigation. But of course, Eastman is pulling every legal lever he can to try and run out the clock.
We need to make sure that the January 6th Committee has every piece of evidence it needs to prosecute its case against Trump and save our democracy. Sign our petition today demanding that John Eastman turns over his 3,200 email records to the January 6th Committee.
